Cellar Celebration, Everest Restaurant

Cellar Celebration is a unique wine program created by Vagus for Chef Joho’s Everest Restaurant. It offers patrons the opportunity to dust off a bottle of their favorite vintage wine (21 years old or older), and bring it to Everest for a perfectly paired custom course. As part of the dining experience, Everest presents guests with the unique history surrounding their wine. It is a distinct opportunity to enjoy a special bottle paired with world-class cuisine in an elegant setting.
To date, no restaurant nationally or internationally has a program like this.
